In any business relationship, it’s always good to set some ground rules. In so doing there are no ambiguities in the expectations we have for one another. So, as candidates for our recruitment services, the following is what we require:
Provide IT Mob with an up-to-date copy of your Curriculum Vitae ( CV ), and as much information as you can regarding your requirements.
Proof of Identification
Due to The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 we are now required to have proof of identification, and eligibility to work in the UK for ALL candidates (UK / EU / or Non- EU ). This identification can be in the form of passport or photo ID drivers licence.
All opportunities disclosed to you are made in all confidentiality. Numerous recruitment agencies do not disclose any details regarding a client until an interview materialises. At IT Mob, we believe that since this is your career, you have the right to know where your CV will be submitted. As such, IT Mob will extend you the courtesy of disclosing all pertinent details regarding a client and opportunity. We expect you to have the courtesy and respect not to disclose this information to any third parties.
