Recruitment selection for interview

In any business relationship, it’s always good to set some ground rules. In so doing there are no ambiguities in the expectations we have for one another.

Changing jobs is a big decision, and not one to be taken lightly. At IT Mob we will endeavour to make the process as simple and seamless as possible, and ensure that you secure the most desirable role.

Initial Application

When you apply for a position, we make it our business to find out as much as possible about your reasons and motivations for seeking a role, your technical skills, remuneration requirements, any geographical(or other) limitations, and any other pertinent facts. Through a thorough appreciation of what you are seeking, we will match your requirements with suitable employers in your area.

CV Submission

Unlike other agencies, we will not withhold the name of the client from you. At the end of the day, it is your career, and you have every right to know where your CV is being submitted. On application for a role, we will provide you with all relevant information that we have concerning the client (job descriptions, urls, etc), so that you can start researching the company. However, at IT Mob we believe in the principle of Omerta (link to Omerta ). By providing you with all the pertinent details regarding the opportunity, we expect you to have the courtesy and respect not to disclose this information to any third parties. In certain cases, where the client does not want their name to be publicly disclosed, we may ask you to sign a non-disclosure agreement.


On successful shortlisting, we will brief you on the format of the interview, details of any tests ( technical, aptitude, or psychometric ), and ultimately what to expect. By arming you with as much information as possible, you should hopefully be successful.


If all goes as planned, and an offer is forthcoming, we will help you negotiate the best package. In short, we will endeavour to ensure that a real WIN:WIN scenario is achieved for all parties concerned.
